Vortex cleaning tank: Built in aeration tube or bubble machine, driven by high-pressure water pump to circulate water flow, combined with vortex fan to inject air to form a dense bubble group, achieving material rolling cleaning.

 

Vibration drainage device: equipped with imported vibration arm, supports high-frequency vibration drainage, and some models integrate spray function to improve cleanliness.

 

Intelligent control system: supports automatic water replenishment, waterless power-off protection, and separation of circulating water impurities, reducing manual intervention.

 

Working principle

 

The synergistic effect of eddies and bubbles: high-pressure water flow is generated by a water pump, which forms a spiral vortex with the bottom aeration tube. At the same time, the bubble group impacts the surface of the material, stripping away impurities such as sediment and pesticide residues.

 

Impurity treatment process: During the cleaning process, impurities are separated by a sediment settling tank and a transfer cage impurity removal device, and automatically discharged through a slag discharge system.

 

Drain and output: The material is drained through a vibrating screen and output, and can be further purified with ozone sterilization or multi-directional spray function.
