1. Filtering and grading

It adopts a roller-type porous and multi-spec sorting machine for grading treatment, and is equipped with a roller spray cleaning.

2. Pick

Sliding mushrooms are selected on the stainless steel selection conveyor table, selecting debris and bad materials in the raw materials, umbrella opening materials, etc.

3. First cleaning

Wash the debris and mud in the mushrooms in a fully automatic bubble cleaning machine.

4. Second cleaning

Secondary cleaning, wash away impurities from mushrooms and ensure the cleaning quality

5. During the transportation and entering the freezer, the surface needs to be sprayed 2-3 times to ensure sufficient water absorption.

6. Pre-cooling: Pre-cooling before quick freezing, and the material temperature drops below 15°C. Pre-cooling operations in ice water.

7. Vibrate and drain the pre-cooled mushrooms naturally

8. Enter the quick freezer to freeze quickly. After the quick freezing, complete the collection work.
